Location: New Romney
Compass Children’s Homes in New Romney, UK, is seeking a compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our residential teams. You will support children and young people in care, helping build self‑esteem and guiding their journey into adulthood.
Induction and ongoing training are provided. You’ll work flexibly with some sleep‑in shifts at £60 each; a valid driving licence is preferred, and safeguarding is central to daily duties.
