What you will do:
  • Deliver recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Manage a caseload, providing structured one-to-one support and delivering engaging group programmes.
  • Conduct detailed assessments, including risk and safeguarding, to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Foster robust partnerships through collaboration with external agencies, extending support networks for clients.
  • Operate independently as well as part of a small, dynamic team to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.
  • Communicate effectively to motivate and inspire individuals towards positive change and recovery.
Key Experience

Required:
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing recovery-focused harm reduction strategies and psycho-social interventions.
  • Proficiency in managing caseloads, providing individual support, and facilitating group programmes.
  • Competency in carrying out thorough assessments, incorporating risk management and safeguarding.
  • Expertise in establishing strong partnerships with external organisations, enhancing client support networks.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a small team environment.
