You will provide an excellent Customer service taking time to get to know our customers, offers and products whilst optimising delivery routes. Your Day will start by checking off your orders against the delivery from the manufacturer and preparing your orders and route to carry out deliveries.

Key activities will include:

Checking off orders accurately ready to be delivered, deal with anomalies and advise the team.

Gaining authorised signatures and printed names from customers for all parts delivered

Ensuring that receipts or payments are received for all parts delivered

Secure Cash handling and accurate Banking.

Driving in a safe and courteous manner within the law at all times, ensuring driver behaviour guidelines are followed.

As the face of JCB Renault Trade Parts maintaining a professional and smart appearance at all times including Cleaning the delivery vehicle inside and out, carrying out vehicle checks, providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient van delivery service

Ensuring compliance with business standards and processes, financial legal and ethical guidelines. Taking an active part in Housekeeping and Health and  order to be successful for the Trade Parts Van Sales Driver position we Expect:

A Full clean driving licence

Be able to demonstrate good verbal and clearly written communication skills

Be able to work Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm and Saturdays if required

Attention to detail with the ability to respond to any requests within the specified time frame.

Ability to work as part of the team in a fast paced environment.

Ability to Maintain High Standards Effective time keeping and time management

Be able to lift up to 25kgSkills and experience required:

Ideally but not essential experience of 2 years within a Franchised dealer or Motor factors

Warehousing goods inwards Experience Good geographical knowledge of All of Kent and the Medway Towns Experience from a Customer facing Environment.

Computer Literate able to use Microsoft Office Packages Word, Excel, Email and Internet.
