Schedule:
Full Time, Non-Exempt | Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00PM
Are you ready to launch your accounting career and grow into a senior-level role? We’re looking for a Staff Accountant who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and motivated to develop their skills through hands-on experience and mentorship. This position offers exposure to all facets of accounting: AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting, while providing a clear path for advancement.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Support the Accounting Manager and Finance team with day-to-day accounting functions
- Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Back up accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Manage accounting for capital projects and fixed assets
- Prepare operational reports and assist with audits
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus)
Experience:
0–2 years in accounting or finance; manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Skills:
- Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor Syte Line a plus)
- Understanding of GAAP principles

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Must Haves:
- Authorized to work in the U.S. An export license will be required to work in all areas of the facility; unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visa applicants
- Able to pass a criminal and financial background check and pre-employment drug screening
Competitive salary: $31.25 – $40.85/hour (DOE)
