Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Position Summary
At Parker Aerospace, we develop technologies and innovative solutions that enable reliable, efficient, and sustainable flight throughout the lifecycle of the aircraft. We are looking for a Document Coordinator to support the Engineering Team Leader with administrative tasks and documentation management.
Reporting ToEngineering Team Leader.
Functions And Responsibilities- Basic Infor XA skills to support job responsibilities
- Basic MS Office Suite skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Basic math skills – able to leverage these skills to ensure high quality BOMs and routers
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to proof‑read and understand simple to moderate complexity technical writing
- Highly accurate
- Process oriented – follows company procedures to accomplish all job functions
- Highly organized with ability to independently reprioritize based on business objectives
- Capable of collaborating and working positively with a wide array of skill sets and personalities across the organization
- Dependable
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Some manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Competitive Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: $20.52/hr to $34.2/hr
