Program Manager OverviewRight At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind while building a safe, engaging environment for children.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure safety and joy standards are met by supporting staff and maintaining operational efficiency.
- Support and report on safety protocols, identify and mitigate risks.
- Engage meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children; respond promptly to communications.
- Maintain accurate records for student check‑ins/outs and attendance procedures.
- Implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum while providing a safe, engaging environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Proof of high school diploma/GED and 12 college credits from a 100‑credit institution.
- Experience working with children with unique or special needs.
- Coursework or training in child development or related field.
- Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
- Familiarity with Google Suite or willingness to learn.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Cleared tuberculosis test, proof of MMR.

Pay Range: $25–$27 per hour (based on education and experience). Monday through Friday split shift required with estimated shifts: before school 6 am–9 am (Friday 6 am–10:30 am) and after school 3 pm–6 pm.
