North Sky Communications is currently seeking to fill multiple Supervisor positions for our Kent, Washington area operations. Must be able to travel to multiple projects within the Pacific Northwest.

• Supervise all operations to ensure that all construction operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications. This includes ensuring that all employees working on the project are working safely and productively.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for employees working under your direction on construction practices and methods to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Assign daily production to crews.
• Requisition, assign and track materials needed for the daily operations.
• Perform audits of construction operations to ensure work is being completed in compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices.

• Possess a valid driver’s license (class C minimum) or be eligible and willing to obtain the required license for the position
• 1‑2 years foreman or supervisor experience
• Extensive knowledge of the cable and telecommunications industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be flexible with hours as nights and weekends apply
• Ability to travel, as required
• Must be able to pass background check with an acceptable driving record and drug screening

The wage range for Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00.
