Kent – full‑time, permanent position within our Rochester office. TC Group is a rapidly growing accountancy firm in the UK, offering bespoke advisory and accounting services to ambitious business owners.

• Manage daily client accounts inboxes, responding to queries and actioning documents received on behalf of clients.
• Handle both inward and outward telephone liaison with key client stakeholders including customers, suppliers and employees.
• Collate and complete all client deliverables around deadlines (client‑specific training will be provided).
• Review colleagues’ work and provide constructive feedback (client‑specific training will be provided).
• Take ownership of your client portfolio and act as the trusted representative of TC Kent to the client.

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade 9‑4.
• Customer service experience desirable.
• Fast learner with keen note‑taking skills and ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Professional telephone and email manner.
• Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Motivated team player with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
