your customer needs We are seeking a Moderator to handle English-speaking customers for a contract position in Washington. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service, as well as excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Filipino culture and language is preferred, but not required. The Moderator will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience, and resolving any issues that may arise.
This individual should be highly organized, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of customer service while utilizing their language skills. Salary is $1000 per month.
