Now seeking knowledgeable, caring, energetic, positive, friendly,creative, compassionate, nurturing, organized, and community-minded gymnastics instructors to teach in ourstate-of-the-art facilities. Join our Y Gymnastics staff team todayand make an impact on our community!

• Understanding and supporting our cause
• Planning, spotting,and teaching gymnastics classes, preschool through pre-team
• Assessing the progress of students
• Interacting and communicating with participant parents
• Assisting withgymnastics special events and other related duties
• Willingness todevelop relationship-building, teaching, coaching, class management, and leadership skills

Shiftsare available at both the Dahl (La Crosse) branch and Houser(Onalaska) branch. 1-4 days per week, 3-15 hours perweek.

• General understanding of gymnastics basics
• Desire towork with children ages 3-12
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with staff members, volunteers, participants, and members
• Ability tospot gymnasts weighing up to 100 pounds in gymnasticsskills
