We are looking for a talented Senior Architectural CAD Technician to join our team! You will be an integral part of our team, working under the supervision of Architects to prepare skilled drawings in line with our company's standards. This is a chance to showcase your skills and help bring innovative designs to life.
Pay is DOE: $34-$40/hr

Set up drawings according to company standards for title blocks, layers, fonts, and line weights.
Prepare conceptual site plans, aerial overlays, building plans, maps, and exhibits.
Prepare preliminary and final construction documents.
Update drawings in response to design modifications, redlines, and comments.
Assemble plan sets for submission to agencies in PDF and Hard Copy
Conduct spell checking / cross-referencing / quality control / revision tracking.
3-5 years of experience with an A/E design firm or public agency preparing construction documents, specifications, or similar
Candidates that aspire to become licensed architects is a plus
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit drafting software
Experience in a variety of projects (i.e. retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use)
Strong working knowledge of all forms of MS office software
Strong understanding of site planning, parking, circulation, building placement, setbacks, landscaping buffers
Familiarity with preparing preliminary and construction-level architectural drawings
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, balance a diverse workload, and meet deadlines
Positive attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills
