- Acts as primary customer contact.
- Establishes customer rapport to facilitate company objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Leads proposal development and negotiation for new business within established guidelines.
- Coordinates gathering and technical analysis of customer requirements.
- Provides general coordination, timelines, and objectives for Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, QA, and Support organizations.
- Participates in or develops mechanisms for establishing, monitoring, and integrating project elements, product configuration and communications concerning change management.
- Processes and decisions.
- Negotiates project changes and incorporates changes into project control systems to maintain work statements, cost and schedule baselines.
- Transitions projects to production and to the Marketing administrator.
- Performs project close-out and documents lessons learned.
- Researches and identifies program forecasts, program and/or customer funding.
- Must have: a technical bachelor's degree in engineering or degree in similar technical field.
- Experience with military, defense, and/or government business client.
- Project Management experience (PMP Certification is nice to have).
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
- Attention to details and accuracy are position critical.

Competitive Compensation- Pay Range: $104,400 to $174,150 annually
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program

- 401(k) Plan with company matching contributions at 100% of the first 5% of pay.
