* SUMMARY:

** Under supervision of the Director of Event & Event Services Coordinator, responsible for directing and guiding guests to appropriate seat location, handle any questions/comments/suggestions from guests and communicate facility amenities.
** MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Responsible for scanning guest’s tickets as they enter the building.
* Direct guests to seats listed on their tickets.
* Respond to any guest incidents including, but not limited to, fights, injuries and illnesses.
* Communicate facility amenities to guests as needed and requested.
* Provide excellent customer service by remaining calm and courteous.
* Help with lost children or guests find their party.
* Log all required information on appropriate forms, including but not limited to, incident reports and lost and found log.

** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
*** On-the-job training provided.
* HS diploma preferred.
* Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs for duration of shift. Shifts generally last 6-8 hours.
* May be exposed to adverse weather conditions.
* Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as well as during normal business hours.
* Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Employees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 1000 hours of service. Holidays worked are paid at time and a half. Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more.  Employees (and family) will be eligible for Medical, Dental & Vision benefits when completing 1560 hours in a 365-day time frame.
