Member Services Representative – Core Development & Management
Location: Kent, WA
Pay Range: $17.00/hr – $22.00/hr

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided)
- Basic computer proficiency
Responsibilities
- Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns as they check in.
- Help promote our Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance, and showing support for their fitness journeys while upholding club policies.
- Resolve member concerns and, when needed, elevate to the Club Manager.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
- Perform membership functions such as sign‑ups, contact/billing updates, cancellations, collection of unpaid balances, and membership transfers.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club monthly and yearly objectives.
- Perform prospective member calls and tours; assess their membership needs.
- Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
- Regularly clean and sanitize all exercise equipment and Recovery Zone amenities.
- Maintain restrooms to be clean, sanitized, stocked, and clutter‑free following the routine cleaning schedule.
- Frequently walk all club areas to quickly address safety or policy issues and cleanliness concerns.
- Address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken or missing equipment (e.g., dispensers, leaky faucets, fixtures).
- Offer flexible scheduling options with opportunities for full‑time and part‑time shifts.

Physical Demands
- Continual standing and moving during the shift.
- Continual communication in person or on the phone.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
- Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
- Movement involving bending and twisting to accomplish tasks.
