Due to growth, we are adding a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to our team!
The Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization serves as a strategic finance partner responsible for strengthening financial discipline, business case governance, portfolio performance, and value realization across enterprise transformation investments. This position partners with finance, transformation, technology, operations, legal, compliance, and business leaders to evaluate initiative economics, monitor financial performance, and provide executive-ready insights that support prioritization, investment decisions, and accountable delivery of transformation value.
The Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization owns the financial discipline and value realization routines for transformation investments; it does not replace business owner accountability for achieving operational outcomes. The Sr. Manager partners with FP&A to ensure transformation impacts are reflected in forecasts, financial plans, and enterprise performance reporting. This role partners with Transformation Operations on portfolio visibility, path-to-green planning, and executive reporting, with a specific focus on financial impact and value realization.
From time to time, this role may take on additional finance, transformation, or enterprise initiatives at the direction of the Director of FP&A.
