Physio Works Silverdale and Kent are two therapist‑owned clinics offering comprehensive care to a diverse caseload, including work‑compensation and regular insurance patients. With seven years of operation and a focus on employee well‑being, we prioritize collaboration, integrity, and empowerment.

• Meet with patients to identify needs and set goals
• Devise and implement detailed treatment plans
• Educate, motivate, and encourage patients through the process
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and collaborate with the patient’s medical team
• Communicate changes in patient function and modify goals as needed
• Oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and adjust care plans
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with federal and state regulations
• Provide ongoing education to physicians, patients, family/caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient appointments and progress according to departmental and regulatory standards
• Evaluate shoulder, elbow, and hand injuries
• Exposure to work rehabilitation programs

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Washington
• Strong clinical skills with proficiency in computer skills
• Compassionate and patient‑centered approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in hand therapy (preferred but we will train)
• Familiarity with work‑compensation claims

Clinic hours are 8 am—6 pm, Monday through Friday. Scheduling options include 4×10 or 4×8 shifts. No weekend or holiday work required.
