Schedule:

Afternoon hours Monday through Thursday (3:30–6:00 pm) and full Fridays from 7:00 am–6:00 pm. The schedule offers flexibility while still providing consistency and purpose.

• Greet patients as they arrive and assist with check‑in and check‑out.
• Answer a multi‑line phone system and keep the schedule running smoothly.
• Update patient records, coordinate insurance communications, and handle medical record requests.
