We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a client based in Kent.

About the Role

As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £12.42.

This position is a part‑time role and involves 12‑14 hours per week, including day and evening shifts on a two‑week rolling rota.

Shifts currently are: 7pm‑8pm Monday to Friday both weeks.

Week 1 Sunday shift 7am‑9am, 11am‑3pm, 7pm‑8pm.

Week 2 Sunday 7am‑3pm, 7pm‑8pm.

Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant

Meeting our client's complex health needs including personal care, epilepsy management and gastrostomy care

Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible

Providing companionship and emotional support

Helping with household tasks and meal preparation

Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities

Administering medication when required

What We’re Looking For

To be successful as a Care Support Assistant
, you’ll need:

A caring and empathetic nature

A genuine desire to support others

Basic IT and record‑keeping skills

A full UK driving licence is advantageous

Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided

, where you will be paid a competitive rate of pay after completion of training. We offer you time to do the training before you start whilst we carry out our recruitment processes.
