Suite Attendant – Legends Global (accesso Sho Ware Center, Kent, Washington)

Immediate opening for a part‑time, event‑driven position. Pay Rate: $18.60 per hour
. Reports to Suites & Catering Supervisor / F&B Manager / Director of F&B.

• Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to suite holders and single‑game renters for all events at accesso Sho Ware Center.
• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service while maintaining a positive presence.
• Prepare suites prior to each event, ensuring all food, beverages, and amenities are stocked, organized, and presentation‑ready.
• Monitor and replenish suite inventory throughout the event to maintain service standards.
• Confirm all food and beverage items are prepared to standard, delivered accurately, and served in a timely manner.
• Assist with catering functions and demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple service roles as needed (bartender, server, suite runner, catering support).
• Complete all opening and closing duties as assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager or Supervisor.
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all local, state, and company alcohol service regulations.
• Obtain required signatures from suite hosts for charges incurred during events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites and service areas throughout the event.
• Complete all closing tasks prior to departure.
• Maintain availability for nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
• Be a team player.

• Act as a hospitality ambassador for the accesso Sho Ware Center premium experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly with professionalism and care.
• Build rapport with guests to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat attendance.
• Demonstrate a proactive, positive, and solution‑oriented approach in all interactions.

• 1 year of experience in food and beverage service (bartender knowledge preferred).
• Highly motivated, self‑directed, with strong work ethic.
• Detail oriented and able to perform independently while supporting team goals.
• Strong verbal skills and ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
• Must have current and valid food handler’s and mixology permits.
• Ability to climb stairs, stand, and walk for the duration of the shift.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass background and credit check.

• Eligible for 401K after 1 year and 1,000 hours of service.
• Paid holidays at time and a half.
• Sick time accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked; use in 2‑hour increments or more.
• Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available after 1,560 hours in a 365‑day period.
