Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to suite holders and single-game renters for all events;
Prepare suites prior to each event, ensuring all food, beverages, and amenities are properly stocked, organized, and presentation-ready;
Monitor and replenish suite inventory throughout the event;
Confirm all food and beverage items are prepared to standard, delivered accurately, and served in a timely manner;
Obtain required signatures from suite hosts for charges incurred during events.
