  • Apply and extend our established design system to maintain visual and functional consistency
  • Solve complex user experience challenges across a multi-platform ecosystem
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards and attention to detail
  • Serve as a usability expert and voice of the user across the organization

  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced team with shifting priorities
  • Knowledgeable about accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for a complex product ecosystem with multiple connected workflows and dependencies
  • Strongly prefer experience in designing for IoT and edge-device environments, demonstrating the capability to handle real-world connectivity challenges and complex workflows spanning onsite interactions and remote/cloud-based interfaces
  • Experience with design validation, usability testing, and user research
  • Previous experience in a startup or small team environment

Who you are:

  • You are a dedicated problem solver who collaborates with your teammates to create thoughtfully-designed experiences for your users.
  • You're not afraid to ask questions - and you're not afraid to answer them either.
  • You know that as a UX designer it's your job to serve as the voice of the user.
  • Your work is thoughtful and thorough, and you're passionate about design.
