As a Business Analyst, you will support internal applications and play a critical role in articulating existing internal business processes and their gaps. Your role will focus on our legacy Jesta ERP, Manhattan WMS, and newly implemented Net Suite Financials Module. You will provide support, development, troubleshooting, and collaborate with members across the organization to identify, develop and implement process improvements and efficiencies.

• Execute business processes using the systems we have in place and maintain them for the users you support.
• Support (troubleshoot and repair) interfaces between systems.
• Monitor system health, quantify potential issues, and suggest opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with functional project leaders to describe and monitor technical project dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
• Participate in technical testing, training, and related documentation.
• Become an expert in systems maintained and administered by the team.
• Work closely with users and technical team members to understand and communicate business priorities.
• Transform new features & requests into documented requirements.
• Enable business continuity by promptly supporting questions, issues, and escalations from system users.
• Define business and functional requirements, collaborate with technical resources to ensure designs and configuration align with requirements.
• Maintain ongoing understanding of open issues and articulate these for technical resources and users.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of application support.
• Strong analytical curiosity and innovative problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a team in a highly demanding fast‑paced environment.

• Experience as a Net Suite Business Analyst or related Net Suite role.
• Understanding of business concepts relating to Apparel and Supply Chain Operations.
• Wholesale distribution experience.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems.

• Elective Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance available.
