This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role based in Kent, WA. The Attorney will manage a diverse caseload, including handling legal research, client consultations, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. The role involves drafting pleadings, analyzing case details, and maintaining clear communication with clients to ensure excellent representation. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team and exhibit a client-focused approach in all aspects of legal practice.

• Strong legal skills in research, drafting legal documents, and preparing pleadings
• Excellent client communication and consultation abilities
• Proficiency in negotiation and courtroom representation
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple cases with attention to detail
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington
• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and delivering favorable outcomes
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Prior experience in personal injury or similar legal practice is a plus
