The Lead Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse and distribution operations through effective communication, documentation, and coordination between internal teams, vendors, and customers. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient product flow, accurate documentation, and timely service. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, leadership in training and troubleshooting, and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 12:00PM to 8:30PM.

• Communicate staffing needs to Operations Management team to ensure company production goals are met. Participate in interviewing, and training of new personnel.
• Complete all duties as assigned involving returns, claims and return authorizations including inter-office communication, external communication and follow up.
• Review, respond and understand manifest instructions, packing list information and all product/vendor information. Review vendor documents and reporting/identify discrepancies and follow up as needed with vendors and management.
• Trouble shoot IRR’s and work with the team and individuals to eliminate errors and train to process documents.
