Assisted Living Manager (RN or LPN) – South Seattle, WA
We are currently accepting applications for an Assisted Living Manager for our Senior Care community located in the greater Kent area of South Seattle. This is a high-end community with an outstanding reputation! The Assisted Living Manager needs to possess the leadership ability to manage the Assisted Living Unit, while ensuring the best possible care and services for the residents. Key responsibilities include teaching, mentoring and developing the care team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as State and Federal regulations, and ensuring that our residents are provided with the best possible care and service.
Must have a demonstrated history of good survey results, good tenure, a hospitality mindset, as well as a customer service focused approach to care. Must be an RN or LPN in the State of WA and have previous experience in a geriatric setting such as Assisted Living, Memory Care or Long Term Care. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
