Clean Harbors is seeking a Technical Services Project Manager will assist in growing the TS revenues and profitability in the business lines of Clean Pack, drum and bulk. The TS Project Manager will scope out, inventory, profile, secure approvals, draft and review safety plans, assess labor and equipment resources for opportunities that need more complex management and technical customer interaction.

As required, the TS Project Manager will manage the team responsible for executing a project to assure it’s completed safely, on budget and exceeds the customer's expectations

Qualifications3+ years of experience

High School + specialized training or 1 year of college required.

Bachelor’s Degree with science major with chemistry classes preferred.

Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Past experience in Haz Waste management.
40 Hours OSHA and RCRA Training required.

Class B CDL w/Haz Waste Endorsement and Hi Haz Training preferred.

Leadership Skills to manage a team of chemists/technicians; computer skills; communication skills; confidence in dealing with new people and situations;  Knowledge of the WIN System;
Chemical Compatibilities; negotiating skills communication skills; confidence in dealing with new people and situations;  Knowledge of the WIN System Negotiating Skills;

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degreeDOT knowledge and dispatching/ logistics experience Leadership and supervisory knowledgeRCRA/OSHA knowledge

Recycling Services – Extensive recycling, reuse and reclamation options for materials such as solvents, chemicals, oil and electrical equipment

Chemical Packing – Safe, efficient handling and disposal of the widest range of chemicals, including reactives and compressed gases
