, with approximately 20 employees, is one of our newest locations and is located in South London
, just outside Biggin Hill Airport
. This location provides after‑market services for European customers, including cabin refurbishment, repainting, re‑veneering, leather seat upholstery, wall panel replacement, carpet replacement and stone floor integration.

• study specifications & drawings of articles requiring finishing.
• sand veneer, hardwood and other materials for preparation of topcoat process preparation.
• create stain recipe on samples in order to obtain customer approval.
• apply stain as per requirements.
• sand varnish according to company standards
  , maintaining flatness & removing defects.
• operate relevant tools and machines for sanding & polishing tasks.
• pay attention to detail and ensure quality of craftsmanship.

• completed a vocational training in finishing.
• possess a min of 2 years of similar or equivalent professional work experience
  .
• are competent in polishing high‑end products
  .
• possess excellent manual skills
  .
• able to read and interpret drawings
  .
• are capable of working both independently and in a team setting
  .
• have aviation experience (an asset).
