Selected candidates for an entry‑level production helper, under direct supervision, will be expected to perform a variety of simple blasting techniques and methods using various types of blasting media such as aluminum oxide, glass bead, and plastic media. The goal is to effectively clean and prepare surfaces for future processes. Candidates will also be cross‑qualified in relevant support functions such as racking, turning, sanding operations, equipment maintenance, and paint mixing operations.
Flexibility, adaptability, resourcefulness, and strong business ethics are essential. Candidates must be self‑disciplined, highly motivated, and possess strong attention to detail. They will be responsible for inspecting parts, validating cleanliness, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to safety rules.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and assimilate work instructions specific to paint type, dimensional tolerance, and thickness considerations.
- Load, adjust, and perform light maintenance of HVLP coating equipment.
- Apply abrasive blasting to parts and hardware using Aluminum Oxide, Plastic Media, and Glass Beads.
- Aquire supplies such as racks, tooling, baskets, and carts.
- Oil and/or package parts for protection.
- Clean production parts through degreasing or manual solvent cleaning.
- Maintain blast cabinets and machines.
- Work closely with area leadership to prioritize tasks.
- Follow safety practices and directives.
- Work with exposure to chemicals, solvents, fumes, moderate noise, and occasional heavy lifting.
- Excellent hand/eye coordination, practical skills, and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good vision, including color vision.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment with multiple priorities.

- Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- General standard education with English reading and writing ability.
Hourly rate: USD $20.00. Eligible for the Company’s quarterly cash bonus plan at a factor of 1X the company’s bonus multiple. Employees receive 120 hours paid time off annually, 10 paid holidays, and participation in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401(k) plans.
