Compensation: $19.82 - $23.00 hourly

• Direct and coordinate activities of yard workers engaged in loading and unloading materials.
• Direct work in loading and unloading materials and in the use and care of machines and equipment.
• Complete all yard paperwork and documentation of incoming and outgoing material in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and inspect specified quantity and quality of shipments coming and going from the yard.
• Responsible for loading and unloading customer and company vehicles.
• Count and reconcile incoming and outgoing materials.
• Assist all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.

• 1 to 3 years of related yard or distribution center experience; 1 year of lead experience preferred.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Must be able to do heavy lifting.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to work as a team member.
