• Look for defects in raw material while masking
• Clean raw material prior to masking
• Update masking log
• Wash and dry parts, segregate 0.030" from 0.045" panels
• Pull aluminum template and overlay on actual parts to spot‑check process inspection
• Apply Velcro per template
• Mark parts per Manufacturing work order in compliance with Boeing’s standards
• Maintain production schedule two weeks ahead of time
• Notify Production Supervisor of needs, concerns, and ordering consumables
• Operate vertical saw
• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the work unit

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
• Capability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
• Team player with a positive and professional disposition
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and squat throughout an 8‑hour shift
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively throughout an 8‑hour shift

Must be very detail oriented and able to take minimal direction.

Scheduled shift Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with overtime opportunities.

$19.00/hr - $22.00/hr
