Flow Waterjet operator. As a machine operator, you will cut parts according to work orders and instructions. Programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) is essential for following company policies and procedures and producing high-quality machined parts.

• Review work orders to verify everything is filled out correctly before proceeding.
• Safely load and secure materials onto the water jet bed, ensuring minimal waste and high cut accuracy.
• Maintain specifications by inspecting parts, adjusting feeds and speeds, cutting compensation, and adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. Inspect the first part for accuracy, i.e., edge quality, dimensions.
• Conduct routine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting the machine, to ensure smooth operations and prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot machine problems to identify and resolve issues, such as tool wear or material inconsistencies, adjust to maintain quality, and prevent waste.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

• Must Have Experience with Flow Waterjet machines and software.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Have good computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, very fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Must be a team player with a positive and professional disposition.
• Ability to stand for long periods, ability to bend and squat throughout a shift.
