Production​/Assembler Associate

Our client is a leading manufacturer of waterjet technology, specializing in user-friendly abrasive waterjet machines, waterjet cutters, and personal waterjet cutting machines.

• Perform a variety of tasks following standard processes and documentation, using tools to assemble and disassemble products to meet internal and external customer demands.
• Meet productivity targets as required by your area.
• Identify and escape any issues, including product quality and process outputs, to your trainer, mentor, or leader.
• Transport products to the swimming pool-sized tank systems.
• Handle shipping and packaging materials efficiently, including light framing tasks.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Follow replenishment system standards and practices to maintain efficient material flow and support schedule attainment in a Just-In-Time (JIT) environment.
• Identify low inventory levels and communicate them appropriately.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Forklift operation, pallet jack, material handling
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) proficiency; attention to detail
• Experience with light carpentry or framing, or comfort with hand and power tools
• Basic assembly skills and the ability to read work orders or drawings
