Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our 1st Shift Processing & Sausage Production Team and help drive safety, quality, efficiency, and accountability across the operation.

Schedule: 1st Shift | Approximately 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Industry: Food Manufacturing / Meat Processing
$ Salary: $82,000.00 - $86,00.00 annually subject to all required taxes and with holdings.

What You'll Do

✅ Champion a Safety-First culture and enforce all safety procedures

✅ Lead production activities from the floor, ensuring schedules and goals are met

✅ Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance

✅ Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and food safety standards

✅ Manage production results, labor efficiency, downtime, inventory, and waste

✅ Drive continuous improvement, sanitation, and equipment care initiatives

✅ Train employees and support a diverse, multilingual workforce

✅ Maintain accurate production and ERP system records

✅ Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve issues quickly

What We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years of production supervision experience in food or meat manufacturing

✔ Proven ability to build structure, accountability, and team performance

✔ Strong knowledge of food safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and OSHA standards

✔ Experience managing labor, productivity, scheduling, and operational metrics

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔ Bachelor’s degree in business, food science, or related field, or equivalent industry experience

✔ Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus
