MISTRAS Group, Inc. is seeking a full‑time UT Technician for our Kent, WA office. Candidates must hold Level II (NAS‑410) certification or have equivalent experience.

Hourly rate $33–$38, DOE. Full‑time employment with benefits.

• Perform Level II ultrasonic non‑destructive evaluation (NDE) inspections on aerospace, FAA, construction, oils & gas, and DoD components.
• Work in both shop and field environments.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality assurance documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Provide problem‑solving and analytical support to improve inspection processes.

• NAS‑410 Level II certification or equivalent documented experience.
• Familiarity with composites and secondary inspection methods.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a noisy shop environment.
• Dependability, safety orientation, and adaptability.

• In‑house plant/shop atmosphere.
• Regular interaction with crew and supervisors.
• Exposure to elevated noise and forklift traffic.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift 50 lbs.
