What You’ll Do:

Collaborate closely with our General Manager to design a unique and seasonal menu.

Select fresh, local ingredients from Kent’s finest producers.

Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen team to deliver culinary excellence.

Duties

Lead and manage the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.

Plan and create innovative menus in line with restaurant concept.

Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.

Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business goals.

Experience

Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.

Understanding of kitchen operations, including food production and menu planning.
