Service Team Member at Ezell's Famous Chicken
Join our team! The Service Team Member/Host takes all orders, packages, and presents them to guests. Their interaction largely forms the guests’ perception of our customer service.
Host Responsibilities- Deliver welcoming, caring and cheerful hospitality.
- Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain food quality.
- Practice “clean as you go” throughout your shift.
- Ensures 100% accuracy with guest orders.
- Willing to work as part of a team in a busy atmosphere.
