Host / Hostess – Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar

As an Applebee’s Host/Server Assistant, you will greet our guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile. You will assist our servers in providing exceptional guest service and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant. You will work hard, but have a great time doing it!

• Greet guests at the door, providing a warm welcome and smile.
• Assist servers with guest service and overall guest flow.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Help maintain a clean and organized environment.

Must be at least 17 years old, be able to communicate effectively with others, and be committed to making an impact.

• Competitive wages: minimum wage up to $20/hour, plus (tips) tip-out.

Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively. Ability to transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.

Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings and/or masks throughout the shift and to wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently.

Daily Pay not available in California.
