Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $20.50 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $20.50 USD – $30.75 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to assist with their needs and solve issues.

• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas as directed.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Perform price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to assist guests and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking, packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
• All other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners as directed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.

• Ability to handle cash operations as needed.
• Climb ladders as required.
• Move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions; may involve drive-up or carryout duties.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a shift (length may vary).
