Part Time Donation Attendant – KENT, WA
Hourly Rate: $16.66 per hour
Position SummaryAs a member of the Goodwill production team, Donation Attendants will be responsible for processing and sorting the donations provided by our community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Accepting donations from donors and issuing receipts as necessary.
- Keeping donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris.
- Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided.
- Assisting in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers.
- Providing exceptional customer service: greeting donors, carrying donations from donor’s vehicle to the center, and providing donor receipt if requested.
- Exercise good judgment in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely.
- Maintaining all required records and delivering them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.
