Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible)

Pay: $28 – $35/hour

Additional Compensation:

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to manage multiple customer accounts, provide exceptional service, and support both inside and outside sales activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. • Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct inside sales activities including phone and email support for customers.
• Participate in outside sales visits to meet with clients, provide product guidance, and support business growth.
• Write customer orders and discuss pricing, availability, and product alternatives.
• Assist warehouse team with order preparation and product pickup.
• Provide input on marketing, events, and customer communications.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience and meet their business needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience (retail, hospitality, restaurant, or office).
• Proficient with computers and order management systems.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle multiple customer accounts.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 2+ years of industry experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Combination of office, warehouse, and field environments.
• May include lifting, sorting, standing, and exposure to temperature extremes.
• Some travel by car or air may be required.
