Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, with an emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position which will focus on growing our new construction business. The main customers will be architects, developers, contractors, etc. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory.

As an outside sales representative, you will grow existing accounts, prospect new customers, and introduce new products to the assigned territory. You will develop solid territory business plans and cover the territory on a daily basis, building productive business relationships.

Successful candidates will combine a 4-year degree with a minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. You must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, be skilled at building productive business relationships, and have good mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of your territory and its customer base is required, as is the ability to develop solid territory business plans and cover the territory on a daily basis.

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. Geographic differentials are considered in higher cost of living areas. Nine paid holidays are offered (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve). New employees are eligible for up to two weeks of vacation (pro-rated based on hire date within the 1st year of employment).

Additional paid time off is awarded based on tenure. In Washington, full-time employees are eligible for 52 hours PTO (1 hour for every 40 hours worked).
