Spieldenner Financial Group is part of one of the fastest-growing insurance organizations in the country. Our most important focus areas include getting agents paid quickly, keeping costs minimal, and giving agents the training and support needed to achieve success.

• Setting Appointments: 6‑8 hours per week – reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and scheduling a time to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
• Research: 4‑5 hours per week – digging into the information the client provided to customize options for their financial need in the event of a death or disability.
• Meeting with Families: 2 sessions per week – meeting with clients either virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply.
• Administrative: 2 hours per week – following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

This is a commission‑only based sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect. Our expectation is that a full‑time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition, we offer a selection of premium financial products with extensive training. Uncapped commission, a competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips are available based on individual and team results.
