PositionMaintenance Electrician for our Kent, WA location. This role is responsible for maintaining industrial machinery, including installation, modification, repair, programming of electrical systems, apparatus, and components of machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities- Design and install power supply wiring and conduit for machines and equipment
- Connect and disconnect power supply wires
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and equipment (e.g., transformers, motors, control boards)
- Replace faulty electrical components of machines
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to troubleshoot equipment failures
- Comply with all safety regulations
- Previous experience as a maintenance electrician
- Experience in mill environments is a plus
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs safely
- Experience with PLCs, drives, and up to 480V; no license required
