  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a field service role
  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions (indoor/outdoor)
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and be on-call based on business needs
Desired / Preferred Skills & Education

  • Certificate or degree in Diesel Technology, Electrical Systems, or Power Generation
  • Graduates from UTI, Wyotech, Lincoln Tech, AVTEC, or Northwest Lineman College encouraged to apply
  • Experience with generator control panels (e.g., Deep Sea, Woodward), switch gear, or PLC systems
  • Industry certifications such as EGSA, ASE, or NCCER
  • Familiarity with critical backup power environments or military applications
Why Join Us?

  • Competitive pay & benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (up to 7% match), PTO, 10 Paid Holidays
  • Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and relocation support available
