Electrical Technician Helper

DEAR Services is seeking a dedicated full-time Electrical Technician Helper to join our team in Kent, WA.

This full-time Electrical Technician Helper opportunity offers a competitive hourly wage of $24 – $35, depending on experience. Plus, we offer great benefits, including:

In this role, you will spend your day performing hands-on maintenance and service tasks, engaging with residential clients to discuss their electrical needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will work directly with customers, applying your skills and craftsmanship to ensure high-quality service. Each day will involve collaborating with a supportive team, maintaining a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of DEAR Services.

• 1+ year(s) of residential electrical experience
• Valid WA State driver's license
• Comfortable with a variety of residential electrical systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Your own tools
• Comfortable operating in small spaces (crawl spaces and attics)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
• Optimistic, hard-working, and reliable

This is a full-time position based in Kent, WA. The schedule will be consistent throughout the week, supporting our residential electrical clients.
