Ferndale, Washington, United States.

Pay Range: $30.50 – $32.00 per hour.

CDL Delivery Drivers play a critical role in day‑to‑day operations, interacting with customers, Sales Representatives, and Merchandisers daily to meet business expectations. Drivers are responsible for delivering, unloading, and checking in products to customers each day. They are the face of the Company and must provide top‑notch customer service.

• Unload, load, and check‑in products at customer accounts.
• Balance invoices, verify payments, and ensure applicable paperwork is received.
• Work or rotate delivered product when necessary.
• Uphold sustainable relationships with customer accounts by providing outstanding, consistent customer service.
• Adhere to and follow all Company policies, procedures, and government regulations, including DOT and state liquor laws.
• Complete driver‑assigned duties delivering Company products in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Inspect the vehicle pre‑ and post‑trip to monitor maintenance and safety.
• Collaborate with team members on a continual basis to support and evaluate company initiatives.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s core values at all times.
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.

This job operates indoors and outdoors. Physical demands include use of a hand truck, pallet jack, and lift gate; lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling up to 35 lbs. repetitively, moving kegs up to 165 lbs.; repetitive bending, stooping, crouching, squatting, using arms, wrists, and hands; and supporting the ability to drive and operate a vehicle.

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Active Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and current certifications.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six (6) months prior CDL driving experience.
• Previous grocery or retail experience.
• Class A (Manual) CDL.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
