Responsibilities

As a Driver Associate for Pinnacle Delivery Service LLC
, we have four simple rules:

Show up on time and be ready to work.

Safe, incident-free driving.

Go home safe and sound.

Maintain professional conduct and reliability at all times.

Compensation

Pay starts at $23.25/hr however, most of our drivers earn $24-$27+ with weekly bonuses!

After a successful 90-day review focused on Pace, Attendance, Quality, and Safety. Base pay may increase to $23.50/hr.

Requirements to Apply

Be 21 years or older
Have a valid Driver’s License
Successful drug test (THC/Marijuana is okay).
Possess a positive, “can-do” customer-first attitude.
Be 100 % Reliable:
Report to Work on Time, Every Day.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and willing to work at a fast pace in all types of weather.
Perform a minimum of 20-25 stops per hour.

The Details

Start time: 10:15 am sharp. End time: typically, 8:00 pm or earlier.
Typical Schedule:

Sun-Wed, Wed-Sat, and Fri-Mon
Paid training
We provide all the tools to do the job. (Van, phone, uniform, etc)
Overtime after 40 clocked hours (time and a half).
Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued from day 1.
