85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking a reliable and experienced Class B CDL Delivery Driver to join our Logistics Department!

• 1st Payment: $400 after 30 days of continuous employment.
• 2nd Payment: $600 after 90 days of continuous employment.

Sign-on bonus payments are subject to applicable taxes and with holdings.

• Safely operate a 26-foot commercial delivery truck to transport bakery products and supplies to designated cafe locations.
• Load, unload, and secure products to ensure safe transportation and prevent damage.
• Complete daily delivery routes accurately and within scheduled time frames.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and other required transportation documentation.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and general warehouse operations.
• Follow all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel, warehouse staff, and management regarding deliveries, delays, and operational needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adapt to changing delivery schedules, operational demands, and tight deadlines.
• Work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as required by business operations.

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or higher, with any endorsements required for assigned vehicles.
• Must possess a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) and maintain required medical certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience operating a 26-foot commercial delivery truck preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics, delivery, transportation, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
• Must possess a satisfactory driving record and meet applicable company and DOT driver qualification requirements.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle safety procedures and DOT regulations preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules based on business needs.
