Operations Supervisor | Class A CDL | Kent, WA

Atech Logistics is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our transportation operation in Kent, WA. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting drivers, maintaining excellent customer service, and helping ensure the operation runs safely and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced transportation professional with a Class A CDL who is ready to take the next step into an operations leadership role.

Pay

$87,000 annually

Full-time
Must be available to work nights and/or a variable schedule
Schedule may vary based on operational needs

What You'll Do

Oversee daily transportation and delivery operations
Supervise, support, and provide direction to drivers
Ensure routes are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Coordinate with drivers, customers, and company leadership to resolve operational issues
Monitor service performance and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Promote compliance with company safety policies and DOT requirements
Drive commercial equipment when needed to support the operation

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
2+ years of commercial driving experience
Transportation, logistics, or operations experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must be available to work nights and/or a variable schedule
Must meet company driving record and DOT qualification requirements
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Local knowledge of the Kent, WA area preferred
