The Warehouse Associate is responsible for inventory cycle counting, receiving and stocking products, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining an organized and clean warehouse. Duties include operating a forklift, writing and receiving invoices, properly lifting heavy objects, safely cleaning hazardous spills using appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, masks), and occasional driving. This role also involves processing dead stock reports to manage inventory effectively while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational efficiency.

Adaptability is essential, as the position requires handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while responding to changing priorities and warehouse needs.

• Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment – Receive freight, stock shelves, process shipments for delivery, and conduct inventory cycle counting.
• Warehouse Organization & Safety – Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, properly handle hazardous spills, and promote safety awareness using appropriate PPE.
• Invoice Processing & Customer Orders – Write and receive invoices to accurately fulfill customer orders while coordinating with branches and departments professionally.
• Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration – Support process improvements, manage dead stock reports, and foster a productive, courteous work environment.

A high school diploma or GED is required. Applicants should have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze information and make sound decisions. A sense of ownership and professionalism is essential, along with the ability to interact tactfully and effectively with internal and external customers. Candidates should be a positive team player, organized, timely, and accurate in fulfilling orders.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift and handling shipping and receiving of pallets. Physical requirements include frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs., as well as occasional climbing, reaching, and grasping. The role requires continuous attention to detail, accuracy in processing orders, and the ability to work safely with hazardous materials and fumes. Strong English proficiency, both oral and written, and adherence to company policies and safety protocols are necessary.

Warehouse experience is preferred, and candidates must have a clean driving record.
